Acid reflux in infant

Can anyone give me any advice? My son will be eight months in a few weeks and it’s been a living hell since he was born and it’s just getting worse and worse he’s been on Nexium and famotidine for months it’s doing absolutely nothing. His sleep is out of control he can’t stay asleep for more than two minutes at a time I’m up 24/7 I’m losing my patience and my mind. Constant toss and turn and crying like he’s in pain even with the medication , has anyone’s pediatrician recommended anything different? I’m desperate for some answers at this point.
