Congested baby

Anyone else’s baby sound congested? My baby is 5 weeks and I read it’s very common for them to sound congested. I just put a humidifier in my room hoping that will help some but He doesn’t have health insurance until January 1st so I am trying to wait until then to make him an appointment. He doesn’t seem sick- no cough, no fever, etc. just sounds like he has a stuffy nose… looking for feedback.

If I need to pay out of pocket for an appointment I will but I was hoping to wait until the new year. Thanks in advance!
