Breastfeeding/spotting/cramps ?

Has anyone been on the same boat as me? 😭

My daughter will be 2 years on January and she still nurses. I haven’t had my period; Before getting pregnant with her they were irregular I would last up to 6 months with no period unless I was on birth control (pill). I’m worried/scared to go to the doctor and them telling something serious is going on with my body. I’ve been spotting pink w/ mucus, and cramping. I had it 3 days ago and now today again it’s only when I wipe. I took pregnancy test and they came back negative. I have an appointment on Thursday but maybe someone has had the same thing as me.
