Ovulation?

So I haven't taken my birth control in about a week, I took a test Sunday night and Monday morning to see if I am pregnant both were negative. Did that because I was having dreams I was pregnant again and I was super tired and all of that (also because I have missed days of my birthcontrol( I know I'm horrible I can't remember to take it lol) also need to mention it's the mini pill because im breastfeeding because I gave birth 4 months ago) well last night I went and peed and when I wiped it was super slippery so I looked and it was super thick and stretchy... and I had light barely noticeable cramps in my ovary areas. So my question is could that have been ovulation?
