Acne during pregnancy ?

So I’ve been suffering with acne all my life & last year finally went to the derm to get put on tretinoin & clindamycin. Upon going to my first obgyn appointment they informed that it was unhealthy to keep using & since I’ve been using it for a while & it’s in my blood stream they wanted me to see a specialist . I’ve made an appointment. So what should I use on my face now ? I have combination skin , which is also very sensitive.. my face was just starting to clear up & get even skin tone I’m so sad
