Anybody not using pump and breastfeeding 100%?

Question

In the 3rd world countries, they don’t use pump. They don’t even know what latching was. I feel like here in America, everything is detailed and still don’t work. 
FTM here. It stress me out more about “I should do this and do that” I tried and still trying. 
pumping after breast feeding. I have to formula my son because he is not getting enough from me.

My first wouldn't latch, he has a low muscle tone and it was too hard for me so I exclusively pumped. It sucked and with my second, I strictly breastfed because I didn't want to pump but I'm not the best milk producer so I didn't get further than 6 months. I'm going to do a bit of both this time, I'd love to not have to buy formula. I have nothing against it beyond the fact that it's not cheap. So I'll try to stock up by using the pump when I can.

I breast fed 4 babies exclusively, no pump or pacifiers or bottles at all, and about to do it again when this baby is born in Feb..can I ask what kind of issues you’re having?

I never used a pump. I strictly breastfed both my babies. I tried pumping with my first and didn’t respond well and it really stressed me out.

I exclusively breastfeed my 4 month old now and don’t really pump ever unless I have to.  Don’t supplement with formula really either

I'm not planning on using a pump. I did get one through insurance for free so I have one. But I work from home so really don't think I'll need it.
