When is a good time to start physically prepping for labor?
When can I or is it ok to start bouncing on a yoga ball or even doing some exercises that can help better prepare baby and I for delivery? Is it bad to bounce on a yoga ball too soon? What can I do to prep my body? Recommendations on what to do that’s safe or what helps make labor easier? I’m 31w 3 days. TIA ☺️
