I really need some help please any advice (UK OP)

I've had an itchy vulva for a week and a half now, it's around my genitals as well as the tops of my thighs. I have spoken to my doctor and had check for thrush as well as a check up and said it all looks okay there (I've also had a clean bill of health recently from the sexual health clinic) and they've found no signs of a yeast infection and told me to use eczema cream which didn't work at all, but it's so so itchy and uncomfortable to the point I don't wanna go too far walking because its so irritated. I've spoke to another nurse practitioner this morning who said just to get canesten thrust treatment/pessary anyway, even tho I said they couldn't find traces of thrush. Now my doctors surgery have suspended all appointments to deal with covid boosters until January so I have nobody to go to to get help or advice. I'm at my wits end I'm miserable and so uncomfortable. Please could someone maybe give some advice or tips for anything that can stop the itching? I also have interstitial cystitis which also makes life difficult to enjoy at the moment. I don't wanna get everyone down around me because it's Christmas soon but I'm miserable and struggling to find the positives out of this. Please anyone
