Bc/sex question

Hello quick question

I take my BC tablets daily at 6pm and I’ve missed todays one. My doctor has advised me that it’s no issue if I miss it, I can just take 2 the next day. (1 in the morning and the other at my usual 6pm time). Me and my partner had sex tonight and it was unprotected. I just want to know if I should get the morning after pill in the morning or just continue to take the BC pills like my doctor has advised if I missed it?
