Fear of dating

Hello! I’m sixteen years old and have been dating my boyfriend since September. He’s my first boyfriend who is actually treating me how i should be treated. He asks me out to dinner, wants me to meet his family, etc... I appreciate that he wants me to do things with him but for some reason i’m really scared and end up not doing anything with him other than having him over at my place. Does anyone have any advice about meeting his family or going to dinner that will calm my nerves? TIA.
