Help with late night feeds

Last night I feel asleep while breastfeeding(7 week old) and I feel sick over it . I was feeding my baby , & the next I hear is her chocking on my milk . I looked down and I guess without knowing I fell asleep and my boob was in her face . She did have her owlet sock on , it didn’t go off I reacted quickly once I heard her . But I’ve been beating myself up all morning , things could of been way different. I feel horrible!!!💔💔

Any suggestions on ways to stay up when breastfeeding at night .
