Scared of the unknown..

So this is alittle bit of a vent because none of my friends or family understand..

So my husband is in the army and has only been in for a little over a year, and well we moved to our first duty station back in June and he’s been in 3 different units. He recently got moved to his current unit that he was supposed to be at until the end of his contract.

Well yesterday he got told after Christmas he’s moving to a new unit that is deploying these up coming months.

We don’t know how long it will be for; cause everything is still getting processed and finalized..

but I am scared and worried so bad.. we have a 10m old daughter who barley knows her daddy because she’s so young and I’m so scared that he’s not going to come back..

I have so many emotions and thoughts going through my head and worry.. my husband is also freaking out and this took a huge toll on him and I can’t really open up about myself cause I don’t wanna add to his stress..

And before anyone comments “ well you married a military man this is what you get.” Yes I knew deployments were always a option and would come up. I just never thought it’d be this soon into his career.
