Pelvic pain/ PGP / SPD
Hello ladies. Is anyone having a pelvic pain near the front of pubic bone and inner thighs? I am 18 weeks pregnant niw and having this pain from last couple of weeks. It is uncomfortable to walk, getting out of car, while i am sitting or standing also when i am sleeping. Please suggest if this can be minimize with exercises,
