Dogs won't leave me alone

I've been feeling awful physically now than usual and throwing up. I can't tell if it's my complex regional pain syndrome or a baby. My husband's family dog and my moms dogs won't leave me alone. The lady time this happened it was my first pregnancy in June when I miscarried.

I took a red test a few days ago and it has a faint line. It's so early and I'm suppose to take another test tomorrow. I'm so scared. I've been wanting it to be positive, but I'm scared if it is that I'll lose another one. I don't know if I can handle another "but you're young you have time to be pregnant."

Anyone else dealt with this?
