My son is 2 (turned 2 in October) and he still naps for 60-90 mins every day - sometimes I have to wake him if he wants longer else it ruins bed time!No signs of him being ready to drop the nap, he gets very grumpy without his afternoon sleep 💤

I've got 5 children and I've never stopped there naps. They just did it themselves. They all stopped having naps around 2 years of age. My 17 month old has only a few hour naps a weeks and sleeps through from 8pm until 7.30 to 8am xx
