Sinus Ugh!!!
So I live in an area where everyone suffers with sinuses and allergies…. And it is always worse when I am pregnant. Anyway I am taking sudefed and halls cough drops when I wake up with a sore throat. Anyone have any suggestions what I can do for a sore throat in the middle of the night?
