low fetal dna for genetic testing

Got Panorama done at 11 weeks 1 day through Natera and was told 10-14 days for results. Made the online account and have been religiously checking it every single day, several times day to the “your sample is processing” message. Today is 14 days exactly, so I took it upon myself to call my doctors office and ask if they’d heard anything back, and got the response “Oh the company hasn’t reached out to you? Your sample didn’t possess enough fetal dna to get results, so we need to do a redraw.” Okay, so why wasn’t I called? I was just anxiously waiting for these results so that we could do a christmas themed pregnancy reveal for our family once we knew the gender of the baby and now that plan is out the window. I am devastated and worried. Anybody else go through this?
