Dressing for bed in winter

How is everyone dressing their October babies for bed?

My daughter doesn’t like sleeping bags any more and the zipped ones we used to have she would start to take off. So now we put her down in full length pjs and a pair of socks. She has a blanket and duvet but always kicks them straight off if we go in overnight to tuck her in.

I worry about her getting cold so I put a vest on sometimes but then when she wakes up she often feels too warm so I’m struggling to find some balance. We’ve been struggling with a lot of night time coughing (questionable asthma, going through drs) so I’m worried the way we dress her might contribute towards the coughing and wondered how others are dressing their littles?

The room is usually about 21-22c (our house is naturally on the warmer side, very insulated)
