Ideas on what this is

This was my 9 week ultrasound and I noticed this weird spot last night. Any ideas what it is? My anatomy scan is in 2 weeks so I'm going to as the sonographer then if she knows. Just curious if anyone else had ideas. I thought it was my bladder but it looks like there's something solid in it so now I'm wondering if it's a fibroid?
