Is 11 weeks too early to tell family?

I haven’t told anyone about this pregnancy. Only my husband and I know.

I’ve had two appointments, which have consisted of hearing the heart beat and seeing the baby, but I’m still nervous to tell anyone.

My last appointment was December 21, and everything was fine. I saw the baby at that appointment and saw the heart beating.

I’ll be 11 weeks tomorrow.(December 24)

I had a mcc last year . That baby stopped growing at 8 weeks.

I’ve been afraid to be excited and happy.

I know the chances of miscarrying now are extremely low, I guess I just need reassurance that it’s okay to tell family?
