Help !??

So I just got some results back from my first appointment. It states “Please notify patient that she has Vitamin D deficiency. Script has been sent to her pharmacy. Other lab results show she is not immune to rubella so she will need the MMR vaccine after she delivers. She also has a positive antibody titer but this does not cross the placenta.” I have another appointment Tuesday so I know they will explain it but I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with these issues.
