Alcohol free, pregnancy cold meds?

I have a super bad cold and am currently on a antibiotic for BV called metronidazole and my doctor said i could take cold medicine that doesn’t alcohol in it. Does anyone know a good one that is safe for pregnancy and doesn’t have any alcohol in them?
