Sick and high bbt?

The day before I was up with a stomach bug. No fever and last time I got sick was more than 12 hours from when I took my bbt. It was 98.92 which higher than normal. I am 7dpo. Would my parents bbt be that high cause I was sick or a sign of pregnancy?
