Charlie horse

Guys i caught a charlie horse on my calf last night around 4am 🥺

It was horrible, i literally saw jesus . I was screaming, punching my body was bended up like i was in a horror film .

🥺🥺 my SO was screaming move your leg , wiggle your foot and everytime i tried to it just intensified 😂

I punched him , cursed him out you would have thought i was in labor 😂

Just wanted to share that horror story . I am 28w3d i wonder what i can take to avoid that from happening again.

My calf still hurts and its been almost 12 hours
