Painful hands

Currently in my third trimester.. every day I wake up and my hands especially my fingers are SO sore.. what the hexks that about? Has anyone experienced the same thing?? Its so strange ive never experienced it before. I used to sleep with my hands under my pillow and i never experienced it but now i dont do that and im having alot of pain as though my fingers have been back bCk all night.

Feeling crappy too as I recently had quite a bad cold and now suffering with blocks ear canal and rverything that mKes a sound causes my ear to click and ive wokenup with a scorcher of a headache today!!
