Mucus plug? Contact OB?

I’m 29 weeks pregnant today.

I have a history or pre-term labor and gave birth to my 1st at 36 weeks.

I started having contractions with this baby last week and went in, I was put on Procardia, my contractions stopped being consistent and I don’t have many other symptoms besides this odd feeling in my vagina that I can’t quite describe.

I can’t tell if this is my mucus plug or just discharge, I’ve been having this on my TP at least twice a week. I had a slightly bigger bit earlier but couldn’t take a picture. I also had a small spot of blood that thankfully hasn’t returned since I wiped. I lost mine with my son in one big piece and it was obvious.

To answer the question, no I haven’t had sex in about a month, so it’s definitely not my SOs unaccomplished swimmers.
