Clogged milk duct?

Question

Anyone had a clogged milk duct in pregnancy before? I’m 25 weeks and noticed a lump on one breast today, behind the nipple and a little lower than the nipple. That breast is tender and that lump is tender when I touch it.
The Google told me it could be a clogged milk duct, but my breasts haven’t leaked any yet? Any experience here? If it doesn’t go away I’ll definitely mention it at my next appointment.

Might be worth a call! Just to see what they say. In the meantime, I'd recommend hot compress and massaging the breast in an inward motion. As firmly as you can handle to help work that out if it is in fact a clogged duct. Good luck!!

I would call. I’ve had a clogged milk duct while breastfeeding, but not before. Hot compresses and massages while dangling your breast under a hot shower helped me.

1. Hot compress 15-20 mins
2. Electric toothbrush over clog for a couple mins 
3, massage boob down to nipple! 
If all else fails call OB!

I’d call the obgyn asap so they can check it out! Hormones can cause crazy things and they’ll help
