Did unisom and b6 help you with nausea?

Question

How much did you take? Trying to avoid zofran but I’m so sick. Been taking 25mg unisom at night and 25mg b6 in the morning but it isn’t working. Do I need to take them together and more frequently? Google has several different answers.

Take them both together at night before bed. They didn’t help me much I ended up having to use zofran for a few about 2 weeks then it finally stop.

Yes it helped me. 
I took half a tab of unisom and 25mg of b6 in the morning and at night. I had to wean off of it though. But it was a game changer for me.

It helped me a ton from 8-13 weeks, then completely stopped working, I used zofran from 13-16 weeks and still have some left which I’ve used occasionally when it comes back

They did help me and eventually I wound up just taking the unisom only. A nurse told me to take 1/2 tab of unisom in the morning, 1/2 in the afternoon and 1 at night. When I took the b 6 I took it at night with the full tab. It will make you really tired but eventually I adapted and it didn’t make me as tired. Good luck! 🍀
