Do you think this is fair or acceptable?

So I have a two week old & a 18 month old and my bf goes out every night to my brothers house to smoke weed.

He deals with our 18 month old which gives me a chance to breastfeed baby on demand etc. He puts our daughter to bed/naps etc for the time being. I thought yeah it's cool he can go out whilst she's asleep.

Little did I know it would become all the time. Literally fed up now he's smoking too much!!! Our daughter is in bed at these times and I ususally deal with our baby. But that doesn't make it acceptable.

We have all come down with a cold with is unusual for us, we barely get sick. You'd think he'd keep it safe and stay at home. I told him not to come back tonight because I'm so fucking angry!!

I've not had one bit of me time since baby is here because I'm fine with that. We have to make sacrifices and that's the main priority. He keeps saying but I dealt with our daughter all day she's asleep what's the problem!!!

He's making it seem like I'm the one with the issues! Getting really down how I make so many sacrifices and priorities to suit my family and he isn't.

Am I in the wrong?? Or over reacting??

He came home last night and the first thing he did was put the PlayStation on🤯 didn't even ask me if I needed 5 minutes to go to the toilet etc.
