Nexplanon birth control

Hello everyone,

I am almost 8 months pp with my 4th little baby. I have an appointment to get my nexplanon put in in February. Anyone has any experience with this? I used the pill before but did not like it, also forgot to take it at times. I can’t have an iud due to accreta with my last baby. I do not want to have any issues with my uterus. So nexplanon is my only other option. I worry about weight gain and periods. I don’t have any periods yet as I am breastfeeding and would love to not have them at all lol
