How do I do this when waking up many times a night?
I did this only one, the start of my ttc journey. It was terrible, I sleep at most 2 hours at a time and something wakes me up, like my cats or my fiancé or just me. My temps vary so drastically each day that it was difficult to pinpoint ovulation, strips have been easier for me to use but I want to try bbt again. What’s the best way to do this as a light sleeper who gets up constantly during the night??
