Question about gender

Hi guyz

I just had my 19.2 weeks ultrasound yesterday and got to know about the gender.. it’s a girl 💖 but strange thing happened when I went to my specialist today, she told me that there is no gender written in my file as it’s commented by technician that mother don’t want to know about the gender so they did not check for the gender. Now curious what must have happened as I don’t have further ultrasound to confirm.

Also,in my family someone’s gender reveal gone wrong was told about a boy and she delivered a girl in end.

Just curious what are the chances of gender reveal gone wrong.
