Exercising mommas??
Any mommas that are 20 weeks+ and still exercising? How are things going for you? Can anyone tell me if they were able to keep it up until their DD in the past?
I still run although I was at 6 miles 6 days a week pre pregnancy I can only do 2.90 miles about 3-4 days a week now 😕 I’m still lifting but only 25lbs now.
Been thinking about incorporating yoga into my routine.
