RSV round 2

My October 2019 baby had RSV at 3 months old and it looks like her 5 month old brother is following in her footsteps. 😓 We had a televisit today with a doctor and he believes it’s RSV. I’m hoping to bring him in to see his actual doctor in person tomorrow for confirmation. We have a nebulizer and that seems to be helping his breathing and the low grade fever he had yesterday and this morning was gone by the afternoon. He is also coughing less tonight than last night, so all good signs! However, the one thing that is different from my daughter’s RSV case is that he is projectile vomiting a large amount once per day. He’s still peeing and eating like normal so we aren’t too concerned with dehydration but, my god, it’s a ton of puke and super scary when it happens. Does anyone have experience with the vomiting side of this virus and any tips to make it stop?
