Milk supply not regulating?

So I'm just about 12 weeks pp and I still have an oversupply as well as overactive letdown and high flow.. I've read that by 12 weeks my supply should be established and regulated and I should stop getting engorged and leaking everywhere!?! Is it possible it will never regulate? I literally go through 4 to 5 extra heavy nursing pads during the night that get so full that my bra is soaking wet. I go through boxes every week and I need to change my bra every day and my shirts are constantly soaked, it's disgusting. I can't even shower without milk spraying everywhere, when will it end!?! Please tell me it will end.. or will this just go on until I wean him???? I would like to mention, I do not pump.. and I have been block feeding for weeks and my supply just won't go down..
