Rash?

We noticed tonight during our babys bath that she had these red teeny tiny almost zit looking bumps on her whole body. We haven't changed bath soap or laundry detergent or anything! As soon as we dried her off and rubbed her down with coconut oil the bumps seemed to fade but the ones on her legs are still pretty noticeable. She seems happy and has no other signs or symptoms of an allergic reaction, could this just be dry skin or is it most likely a reaction to something?
