I know this is a long shot but hoping others have gone through the same thing and their child turned out fine.

So I have a 14 month old daughter. She has absolutely NO gross motor skills. She can’t crawl, pull to stand, really can’t even bare weight even assisted. She is in ECI and now has a PT come out once a week. Her PT said after a month of visits she may be able to gage what’s going on with her. I’m at a loss because I don’t know if she’s just downright lazy and refuses to do anything or if there could be an underlying issue. Her pediatrician checked her at 9 months and said she has good muscle tone/no hip clicking so ruled out hypotonia. I asked if there’s a possibility it could be something else and he said maybe but too early to tell. I’ve heard usually they won’t try to run tests or do anything until they are passed 18 months and still no progress. Her PT said when I take her for her 15 month checkup I should go ahead and request them look into if something could be wrong and run tests. She said they can also do like mri scans and see if it’s anything neurological. She’s ALWAYS hated being on her tummy from the moment she was an infant. I mean literally just screams and screams. Same thing when we try to get her to stand up/be on knees. We have to lock her knees in to get her to stand up in our lap and she just cries. I’m at a loss. Have any of you had toddlers with no motor skills/ developmental delays like this at this age? I’m not worried about her not being able to walk since I know that can happen later for babies I’m mostly worried about the not being able to even weight bare.
