3 year old boy help

My newly turned 3yo son is driving me absolutely INSANE. He is the middle child (older sister 5, younger sister, 1.5). He is SO wild. I try my best to do gentle parenting and give the alternatives/opportunities for his activities- walk, if you want to jump go to the basement and jump on the trampoline, leave your sisters blocks alone, etc. and it just doesn’t work. He doesn’t whatever he wants. I have to physically remove him from so many situations because he just doesn’t listen. He also non stop terrorizes his sisters- he know is their blocks down, tackles them, takes their toys. I mode good behavior, have him take breaks with me, remove him from situations if needed, read books about being gentle. He also has a horrible temper. It’s so frustrating and I get so frustrated with him. Does this sound normal for a 3 year old???
