Small home / room sharing

Ok so we have a small space for our crew. We planned no matter what to have the new baby in our room for the first year. I’m going to set up his crib next to our bed.. and then at the year mark transition him to share a room with my 2 year old (will be 3 at that point) and then eventually letting go of our 3rd bedroom as guest/dogs room. Anyone else have a tight space and not doing a nursery? What are some space saving ideas you are using for your new addition?! We just bought this house and plan to live here at least 5 years with 2 kids so I gotta make it all work :)
