Early pregnancy cold?

Does anyone know anything about colds during early pregnancy? My doctor is out of town but I was able to get a hold of her assistant & she mentioned that it’s common for women to experience a cold in early pregnancy

When I first fell pregnant I got a stuffy nose and felt like I had a cold and then randomly got a blood nose (never get them) and at the time I had no idea then my doctor told me the same thing. So it can definitely happen, but so can just a cold 🤷🏼‍♀️
