7 weeks and showing

Second pregnancy and already showing at 7 weeks. Originally thought it was bloating but it’s now consistent from the minute I wake up. I had a super dark positive on 9dpo….6 days before my missed period. I don’t have my first ultrasound till I’m 10 weeks and I never had blood drawn to confirm pregnancy. Just a urine so I never got beta levels back. Anyone else experience something similar and have twins? I rarely had any kind of sickness with my first and this time I’ve been horribly sick.
