36 week ultrasound

Hi all,

Has anyone been asked to have an ultrasound at 36 weeks?

With my son I didn’t so this time around I’m just wondering if it’s standard practice to have one close to due date.

I’m currently 33.5 weeks, had an appointment today and bubs was good and I was measuring only about a week ahead. She’s not quite head down yet however I’ve been told still plenty of time. Midwife was very brief when I questioned why she wanted me to get one.
