Advice for trying??
Hello! So, I’ve been off birth control for a little over 3 years now. I’m taking prenatal, vitamin D, Zinc, and progesterone (which I’ve been on for like 7 months or so). I’ve been working out, but not too crazy and I’ve been watching when I’m ovulating supposedly (I should start taking tests to make sure I guess). I’ve also tried using “preseed”. Is there anything else I should try etc? I admit I’ve been stressed with life here and there, but no worse than others I feel. Just curious if there’s anything else to try.
