Sinus Headache

I have had a sinus headache for a day now and I have taken Tylenol extra strength for the headache. Typically with a sinus headache I normally have to take something for sinus but I’m not sure if Tylenol Sinus is safe during pregnancy. Can anyone advise? I’ve called my doctor but due to Covid I’m sure they are pack and are short staffed since they called earlier this week and rescheduled my appointment that was originally today… I just hoping to find some relief
