Braxton Hicks/ Contractions

Ladies,

I wanna get your thoughts. It’s so silly but I want to know when you guys know it’s Braxton hicks or real contractions. I know they say to time them. But when I do, they seem like regular contractions but when I call my dr/ ob triage they say it’s just Braxton hicks. To be honest I’m not sure I know the difference. My dr said that if I can’t walk or talk through them I’ll know, but with my first I was in full labor at 7cm and still couldn’t feel them and was laughing with my sister. So I don’t know if I can rely on that 😂
