Bleeding w/ Positive Pregnancy Test

I was supposed to get my period on Saturday but didn’t get it until Sunday. I bled Sunday and Monday (a small amount) and completely stopped bleeding on Tuesday. I have bled a small amount today. However, I have gotten two positive pregnancy tests (Monday and Tuesday). I just had a baby 4 months ago so I know my cycle is still a little wacky. Any ideas why this would be happening? Is it possible that I am actually pregnant? 🤔
