25 weeks blood in urine and contractions

So I was in labor and delivery earlier today for them to monitor me for contractions and blood in my urine they sent me home with just the diagnosis of false labor contractions until they get the cultured from my urine back did anyone else experience this? I’ve been having contractions since yesterday and today had blood in my urine the first lab results came back clear from bacteria but they sent my urine off for a culture to further run tests should I be worried? This is the first time I’m experiencing something like this it’s my third pregnancy
