Did breastfeeding ruin your boobs?

I’m sorry for being bad vibes I just worry about my breast changing after my baby. I keep hearing about women say they boobs go deflated and saggy and small after they stop breastfeeding. It’s honestly making me wanna formula feed and I feel so bad for being so vain but I’m really struggling with accepting this pregnancy and being a mom.

They will deflate, and then regain some fullness after about a year or more. After you wean, your body kills off old ducts and tissue, and generates new ones. It just takes time. Pregnancy itself does the most to your boobs, not breastfeeding.

Pregnancy made my boobs huge. I’m still bf my almost two year old and they are sad bobs now but it’s okay. I will gladly have sad boobs to get to be a momma

Fyi the breast changes that occur are also protective against breast cancer, which IMO is better than how they look

pregnancy will change your breasts regardless of what you do . breastfeeding didn’t seem to make my boobs better or worse but if they did i wouldn’t mind because i absolutely love breastfeeding & they did an amazing job sustaining a life 💗

I didn't breastfeed at all but 4 pregnancies did my boobs in pretty bad. 😩 They get huge when I'm pregnant & deflate when my milk dries out.

Your boobs are going to change whether you breast feed or not. That’s just something pregnancy does. Your body will never be exactly the same way it was before. Doesn’t mean you won’t look amazing!! It’s just a change. It’s going to happen as you age too, it’s just a part of life.

after breastfeeding it will look like a wilted plants lol... mine really got big as im ebf now.. my second time.. after this hope i can pump it with air hahaha.. oh well
