Today my 11 week old won’t sleep without my nipple. Often she falls asleep while feeding but I can usually still burp her and put her down in her bassinet. Today she napped on me twice and every time I tried to detach her she bopped her head right back on or cried or fussed until it got back in her mouth. Literally my nipple was I her mouth for an hour today while she took a nap on me. She doesn’t take pacifiers.

Now I’m trying to put her down for bedtime but the same thing is happening. She did just get her first vaccinations on the fifth, so I thought maybe that’s why? Maybe she still is in need of these extra snuggles and comfort? What do you think and/or suggest?
