Clear discharge with red spotting

OK so I just had sex like less than an hour ago and I just got off my period yesterday and I’ve never had sex that close to my period and I was wondering if this was normal or something I should be concerned about me and him are both only active with each other and haven’t been active with another in a really long time so should I be concerned. My hymen is not broken because I have a really really tough one and yes I’ll talk to my doctor about that. However it is torn but not broken so I don’t know if it just got tore more or what but even the first time it didn’t bleed this much. My doctor did confirm that it was just torn so I know I’m not crazy
